Guesthouse Altes Holzhaus is situated above Sölden approx. 2km from the town centre. It has a quiet location with a beautiful view of the surrounding Ötztaler mountains.

In the winter, the house is directly next to the ski run that leads to the cableway of the ski region Giggijoch – Hochsölden. On ski's to and from the guesthouse! Ski in - Ski out; how about that?
In the summer, you can reach the hiking and bike trails Leiterberg and Hochsölden directly. On request, one can also undertake guided hikes with the owner of the guesthouse. Entrance into the recreation centre of Sölden, the Freizeit Arena Soelden, is free for guests of the Altes Holzhaus.
