Welcome

Our guesthouse Altes Holzhaus is situated above Soelden approximately 2 kilometers away from the town centre. It's a quiet location with a beautiful view of the surrounding Oetztal mountains.

In winter, the house is directly next to the ski run which leads to the cable car of the ski region Giggijoch (slope 21/22) that means Ski in - Ski out for you - thats sounds great!

In summer, the trails of the Bike Republic Sölden, including the famous “Gahe Line”, run right past our house – perfect for mountain bike enthusiasts who want to start their ride straight from the doorstep
and also some nice hiking starts form our house (Maria´s Alm, Jausenstation Hochwald)
