Altes Holzhaus
Summer season 2022
- up to 21 days before arrival free cancellation
- 21 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the total price
- from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price
- Deposit*: 50% of the total price at the time of booking
*Payment only possible by bank transfer!
Winter season 2021/22
- up to 50 days before arrival free cancellation
- from 50 - 7 days before arrival 50% of the total price
- from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price
- Deposit*: 50% of the total price at the time of booking

COVID 19:
In case of a travel warning and restriction or the closure of our house due to the COVID 19 situation, a short-term cancellation is possible at any time free of charge. We recommend to be vaccinated or recovered. A quarantine for returning travellers is not a reason for cancellation, unless you are vaccinated or recovered - in which case you can cancel free of charge!
