Price Information & Payment Terms

Our prices are per person per day, excluding local tax and final cleaning.

Local tax
€5.00 per person per day (year-round, for guests aged 15 and over)

Final Cleaning
€90.00 to €120.00 for the apartment (one-time fee) and studio €20.00 - €40.00

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €300.00 per apartment is required upon arrival (check-in). This will be fully refunded upon departure (check-out), provided the apartment is left clean and undamaged.

Payment
The security deposit can only be paid by bank transfer.
Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards.

Accepted Payment Methods: 
– Cash payment on arrival
or bank transfer of the total amount no later than one week before arrival 

Pets
Pets are not allowed in our building.
